What you'll be doing
- The Area Trainer will take responsibility for driving the company sales in our Retail locations through coaching and training employees on selling and service rendering techniques, artistry skills, product knowledge by means of direct interactions within the employees. The incumbent will also be required to deliver support even execution and high impact training modules in order to advance key performance indicators, attain sales objectives and improve key category penetration. The most successful candidate for the Area Trainer position will be requested to establish and maintain solid working relationships with both external and internal employees and management representatives. Basic Responsibilities Related to the Area Trainer Position: - Demonstrate and coach solid selling and service skills, by means of role playing and personal interactions with the customers and employees. - Take responsibility for co-working with the representatives of the Wholesale and Retail Field Sales teams in order to meet the requirements of the sales and KPI expectations. - Assist with high impact trainings that involve Service and Artistry Workshops, Bootcamp, Seasonal Academy and essential retailer trainings such as SiJCP TTT, Sephora Encore and high profile cluster trainings. - Face with the responsibility for the full cycle training execution in order to include the venues, training times and attendees coordination. - Headline & support key events. - Take the role of a key presenter in the videos regarding the retailer education. - Take charge of teaching makeup application techniques as well as improving and demonstrating personal artistry skills. - Flex style & approach to comply with the demands of every retailer business, customer and employee facilitating proper training experiences. - Visit different retailer locations in order to drive sales, coach employees and support events while strengthening brand relationship and servicing customers. - Work out and keep solid partnerships with external and internal management representatives. - Guarantee ongoing development for different retailer managers concentrated on the development and training of their teams within the areas of artistry techniques, product knowledge, selling and service techniques. - Be a regular participant of the Regional and District meetings, conference calls and
What your background should be
- Area Trainer Position Requirements: - Cosmetic experience is a must. - Three years of professional experience in a Cosmetic selling environment. - One year of experience in Cosmetic facilitation and training. - Excellent abilities to deliver educational seminars in order to ensure mastery of content and participant learning. - Proven ability to listen and realize what the customer is in need of, linking products to their needs. - Ability to run sales through developing teams and rendering the supreme quality customer service. - Ability to collaborate with the employees and build solid business partnerships. - Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. - Ability to spend 80% of time on traveling. - Ability to perform excellent interaction with all levels of management in a high growth, fast paced and changing environment. - Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal ones). - Ability to work in accordance with the flexible schedule including evenings, days off and holidays. - Demonstrate professional appearance sticking to the BE Dress Code Guidelines. - Ability to push, lift & pull almost 50 lbs. - Have a personal vehicle, which can be utilized for corporate purposes. - Ability to stand for eight hours.
