What you'll be doing

The candidate will be part of successful retail banking organization. Lead and manage the daily client experience and activities on the floor, collaborating with dedicated colleague in directing sale and service activity. Incumbent will enjoy a high level of customer contact, of course, and will be able to draw upon the customer service experience to handle the mix of routine and unexpected request. Provide guidance on operational procedure and for problem solving support. Committed to market leadership in product, technology, and service and will be backed by state of the industry software, call desk support, and training resource. Perform other task as assigned.

What your background should be

At least one-year retail banking experience and knowledge of branch operation preferred. At least one year of customer services experience problem solving skill is essential. Some supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Computer skill to include work in windows based application.

Required Schooling / Training

College degree or relevant is preferred.
