Assistant Controller

What you'll be doing: Help to develop and implement global accounting policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of efficiency and consistency. Design, implement and continuously improve upon internal controls. Manage external audits. Engage, mentor and develop the finance team. Act as a business partner across the entire organization ensuring the accurate, consistent and timely collection and distribution of financial information. Provide expertise to the company and financial leadership team with respect to US GAAP. Oversee the production of US GAAP consolidated financial statements. Coordinate international accounting operations with local and regional operations management. Various special projects and ad-hoc analysis for use in addressing business issues and strategic opportunities.

What your background should be: Minimum 8+ years of progressive financial management experience. Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people at all organizational levels and across functions. Experience with policy and internal control development and deployment. Must be able to prioritize and deliver results against multiple concurrent projects.
