What you'll be doing

Manage the overall administrative functions of the Board through consultation with the Executive Director of the Pharmacy Board and other administrative personnel within the DHPL. Direct all licensing and regulatory operations for the Board. Oversee contract with credentialing vendor that processes initial licensure applications for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Oversee the Board meeting process including the preparation of meeting agendas, communications with applicant and licensee appearing before the Board, preparation and distribution of information packets, announcements of upcoming meetings and overseeing that meeting minutes are written, approved and posted /distributed on a timely basis.

What your background should be

Candidates must have at least four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience in business administration, business management, or public administration. At least three years must have been in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Required Schooling / Training

Master or higher degree with a major in business administration, management, public administration, industrial engineering, industrial psychology
