What you'll be doing

The Assistant Manager will focus to help the Boutique Director/Manager in increasing boutique sales volume and profitability while supporting with group development and compliance with operating standards and procedures. The Assistant Manager will help brand image by ensuring all displays and visual areas are in keeping with visual direction throughout the day. The Assistant Manager will address and successfully troubleshoot customer issues according to company philosophy and standards. Further, the Assistant Manager will escalate customer problems to senior managers as required. Also she/he will help senior managers in troubleshooting all employee problems in a professional manner and in accordance with company guidelines and practices.
