What you'll be doing

Responsible for assist the manager with resource management, operational excellence, manage partnership, associate development and proficiency, build and retain customer relationship. Responsible for daily implementation of manager directive, execute lobby leadership, observe banking center team in action through the eye of the customer. Coach team on the proper execution of key banking center play while role model the desire behavior. In manager absence, assume operational responsibility for the banking center. Maintain the highest level of customer service in all action and interaction. Proactively identify and manage risk in every business, product and service transaction leverage the risk framework. Demonstrate and model client company core value. Understand and live the value that support client companies culture. Treat all customer equally and fairly. Adhere to policy and procedure. Stay inform of key priority and business update. Execute sales and service play and process.

What your background should be

A minimum of two years recent experience leading, managing, motivating and developing a team, including sales associate, to meet and exceed assigned goals, within a goal based and/or results driven environment. Sales management experience in the following fields: banking/financial services, mortgage, retail or hospitality. Operations, risk and compliance experience, preferred. Proficiency in basic computer skills. Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction. Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
