What you'll be doing

Assist the manager to manage docks, vessels, storage areas and dock staff. Assist keeping the financial books, inventories and do marketing to grow storage uses and sales. Maintain records and prepare reports. Understand, interpret, apply and explain regulations, rules, policies and procedures to subordinate personnel and guests. Deal tactfully and diplomatically with the general public and other government agencies regarding relevant codes, regulations, policies and procedures. Plan, organize, coordinate and direct the activities and personnel involved in activities.

What your background should be

Minimum 1 year of client company management experience is required. Quick books experience is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge in computer applications and software. Ability to learn quickly and assist, supervises, evaluate and train subordinate personnel.
