What you'll be doing

Manage accounting and financial reporting activities related to the company's hedging activities. Provide training and supervision for financial analysts. Perform daily trade entry and broker reconciliation process; monthly accounting closes process and all related financial reporting activities. Act as technical expert regarding ASC 815 requirements and any new accounting guidance related to hedging. Assist with internal and external audits. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to increase efficiencies. Assist in developing and providing training related to hedging.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact positively with all levels of management. Ability to constructively challenge processes and requests. Self-motivated, can manage and prioritize multiple/diverse tasks.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, accounting, or finance major required.
