What you'll be doing
- It is the accountability of the Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the performance and coordination of all work by all dining room personnel. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will maintain open communication between all personnel working in the dining room. The successful applicant will be answerable for seating guests and insuring proper service. This individual will act as Manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Moreover, the person will assign stations and job responsibilities. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also support in controlling labor cost for the restaurant/ buffet.
What your background should be
- 3 years of food experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
