- As an Assistant Shop Manager, the person will utilize experience in leading a team of automotive technicians to confirm that the organization fulfill our customers' needs and expectations. The right candidate will assist to maintain and supervise the integrity, quality, and customer service that the company provides. The person will be expected for overseeing a team of automotive technicians along with maintaining a safe work environment for clients and workers. It is the function of the Assistant Shop Manager to operate day-to-day functions to ensure client requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
