What you'll be doing
- Assistant Store Manager handles the execution of company initiatives and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Person offers direction and support to store personnel regarding client service, merchandising, financial management, inventory control and work performance. It is the function of the Assistant Store Manager to supervise all operational and financial resources to obtain established objectives. She/he utilizes company tools, reports and feedback to effectively analyze trends and determine opportunities. Moreover the position holder achieves and maintains a high level of client service and ensures client problems are quickly and efficiently resolved.

- 3 years of management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
