What you'll be doing

General customer service initiative to include supervising associate in the selling effort, ensuring the store in stock position, and maintaining an appealing and organized store appearance. Training will learn the following tactics to support this key accountability; staffing and scheduling, identifying and resolving stock deficiencies, supervisor associates in selling behaviors, resolving customer issues and concern, and supporting service need for both installed sale special order and product sale. Supervising store associate to include interviewing, hiring, motivating, coaching, training, developing, and communicating to associate. Operation management to include supervision of front end processes involving sale and return transaction, as well as special service and lot support.

What your background should be

Three years of relevant work experience. Knowledge and effectively promote all area, product, service and procedure. Know the competition. Create customer focused environment. Initiate action to develop associate; provide performance feedback and recognize accomplishment. Enforces safety policy and procedure.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or GED.
