What you'll be doing

The candidate will support the store team in driving sales. S/he will have in-service mindset and dedication to do what right for the customers. The candidate will consistently focus on achieving store objectives through execution, coaching and team accountability. Must be passionate about working for the company and growing further career. This position will report to the general manager. Demonstrate strong focus on customer service and selling skills. S/he should be dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers. The individual can be counted for motivating others to exceed goals successfully. Ensure standards and processes are consistently maintained at all times. S/he will manage labor effectively to maximize productivity and achieve targets. The candidate should participate in the attraction, selection and on boarding of brand ambassadors.

What your background should be

1+ year of retail supervisory experience or prior equivalent experience preferred. The candidate should have passion for driving the customer store experience and ability to develop and train others. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment is required. Effective verbal and written communication skills are preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and overnight shifts is required.
