What you'll be doing
- Manage the execution of company initiative and ensure compliance with company standard. Provide direction and support to store personnel regarding customer service, merchandising, financial management, inventory control and work performance. Manage all operational and financial resource to achieve established goal. Utilize company tool, report and feedback to effectively analyze trend and identify opportunities. Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer issue is quickly and efficiently resolved. Manage all store process to company standard including freight flow, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all sale, cash and inventory transaction. Participate in the interviewing, selection, hiring, training and performance evaluation of all associate in collaboration with the store manager.
What your background should be
- Minimum three years retail management experience preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skill required. Strong decision making and problem resolution skill required. Demonstrated visual merchandising skill required. Basic PC skill required. Basic English literacy and math skill required.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or GED.
