What you'll be doing

In this position, the ideal candidate will supervise all store processes to company standards involving freight flow, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all sales, cash and inventory transactions. Assistant Store Manager will have the responsibility to interact with the Store Team Leader, administers appropriate disciplinary action to associates, including making recommendations for termination, in accordance with company guidelines. It is the accountability of the Assistant Store Manager to take part in the interviewing, selection, hiring, training and performance evaluations of all associates in collaboration with the Store Team Leader. Also she/he will help with scheduling and payroll processes on a daily and weekly basis.

What your background should be

3 years of retail management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED
