What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will be liable for administering all store processes to company standards including freight flow, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all sales, cash and inventory transactions. In collaboration with the Store Team Leader, the person will manage appropriate disciplinary action to associates, including making recommendations for termination, in accordance with company guidelines. It is the function of the Assistant Store Manager to take part in the interviewing, selection, hiring, training and performance evaluations of all associates in collaboration with the Store Team Leader. Further, the incumbent will utilize company tools, reports and feedback to effectively examine trends and determine opportunities.

What your background should be

3 years of retail management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/ GED
