What you'll be doing

It is the responsibility of the Assistant Manager to assist the Store Manager in supervising and directing the efficient operation of assigned store to maximize sales and profitability. The Assistant Manager will execute the duties of the Store Manager in his/her absence. The Assistant Manager will be the role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others. The Assistant Manager is answerable for supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, selecting, and managing a team of sales oriented associates who perform at levels consistent with our corporate goals. This individual will help in the management of labor and scheduling to minimize labor expenses, while ensuring adequate store staffing in accordance with the Labor Scheduling Program.

2 years of retail management experience

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's/Bachelor's degree
