What you'll be doing

Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective store operations. Filter communication to the shift team as directed by the store manager. Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager. Develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs, and concerns. Engage in conversation with customers to understand customer needs and the needs of the community in which the store is located. Support store manager in implementing company programs by working directly with shift team to execute action plans that meet operational and organization objectives. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Two years of progressively responsible retail experience. One year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. One or more years of experience in a role that requires frequent interaction with customers, fulfilling the requests of customers and responsibility for addressing customer issues, questions, and suggestions. Ability to act with a customer comes first attitude and delivers customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations required. Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED required. Bachelor degree or higher in business or hospitality management, or equivalent preferred.
