What you'll be doing
- personnel, customer service training, opening and closing procedures, security of money, communicating work schedules to employees, merchandising and light janitorial tasks. This position will handle any customer service issues or complaints to ensure an enjoyable experience. This position will merchandise the store and work with vendors to ensure the store is appealing to the customer. This position will report to the store manager and Branch Store supervisor and work directly with the supervisor to replenish merchandise. In the absence of the store manager this position will assume the duties of the manager. Performs other duties as required.
What your background should be
- At least 1 year of retail, customer service, merchandising and cash register experience. 2-3 Years retail experience preferred. Good communications skills, cash register. Preferred: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school graduate.
