What you'll be doing

Primary point of contact within operations responsible for building strong relationships with a defined portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include daily processing of margin, managing position breaks or fails, and investigating client queries. Day to day query resolution from both external clients and internal stakeholders. Proactive strategic resolutions of trade breaks and fail management. Ensuring clients are covering their daily initial and variation margin movements across listed derivatives. Expiry and delivery notification management ensuring clients are fully aware of positions and risk. Root cause analysis and strategic resolution of re-occurring problems. Strengthening the client and GS business relationship. Regular client visits, with defined agendas and objectives. Provide training to clients on GS offering such as the client web portals.

What your background should be

At least 4 years of experience working in finance. Previous client service experience. Understanding of the regulatory landscape governing securities and derivatives, specifically futures products. Proficient in Excel. Proven skills on process improvements identification and implementation. Passion for working collaboratively with external clients and internal stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
