What you'll be doing

Maintain an active travel schedule to oversee new installations at company branches. Serve as key liaison between project managers and curators office to field requests pertaining to company branches. Maintain the schedule of branch renovations and openings, ensuring art is installed in a timely manner, and a consistent level of quality is evident across all branches. Make recommendations for improvements for art featured in branches. Select art for new and expanded investor centers, working from existing inventory as well as making acquisitions. Establish rotation schedule of artwork in existing branch, working with registrar to arrange for outgoing and incoming shipping. Update floor plans following installations and renovations, and makes installation shots for departmental files.

What your background should be

2-3 years of experience in a museum or gallery, including familiarity with museum practices and proper art handling. Broad knowledge of contemporary art and art industry.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in art/design/art history required; master degree preferred.
