What your background should be
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience working on commercial projects. A minimum of 2 years in relevant experience on healthcare projects. Experience working with landlords, developers and institutional owners. Ability to manage medium and large ground-up development projects, major re-development projects, & corporate interiors projects. Experience in hotel projects, and commercial office design & construction preferred. Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in architecture/engineering, interior design, or construction management.
