What you'll be doing

Monitor and measure projects flows, efficiency and quality. Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency and quality. Create and implement training to improve research skills and knowledge. Explore and identify new technologies or methodologies to improve the research experience. Collaborate with companies client success team to deliver outstanding deliverables and presentations to clients. Plan, hire and onboard to reflect company's growth trends. Supervise and coach team members. Work closely with the two other research managers and director of research. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Ideal candidate has UX, usability or market research or related background. Has experience with client meetings as well as giving presentations. Has the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives. Has experience using administrative tools (e.g. Salesforce) and is comfortable around technology. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
