What you'll be doing

Provides technical support within immediate team. Performs requested tasks to support network performance initiatives, outage resolutions and works to identify day-to-day improvement opportunities. Takes on tasks related to projects or portions of key projects or initiatives, providing accurate status and progress updates as requested. Provides input on process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities. Performs routine tasks as directed such as work orders, trouble tickets, surveillance and first-level troubleshooting. Enrolls in and completes training requirements to become proficient on existing and new systems and products, to grow skills and to expand proficiency in company values and organizational requirements.

What your background should be

Minimum DOT medical standards under 49 CFR part 391. Experience working with company products and operating systems. Experience working with solving computer-related technical problems. Experience working with the company escalation policy. Good interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Good communication skills, good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, good analytical and problem solving skills. Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel.
