What you'll be doing
- Conduct field inspections of vehicles at body shops, tow yards, and other settings to determine what is covered by our insure policy and who is responsible for the damages. Create computerized estimates using the latest technology, company car, laptop, and digital camera in a fast paced, paperless environment. Use strong customer service skills to negotiate with auto repair facilities, insure and claimants to settle the claim. Outgoing personality and a self-starting attitude that being on the go and meeting new people every day.
What your background should be
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Eagerness to learn about cars from the inside out. Valid driving license.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree or an associate of applied science in an automotive program.
