What you'll be doing
- The responsibilities of auto travel service representative is to provide a wide variety of member services, which include producing triptychs, counseling members on travel arrangements including hotel/car rental reservations, selling company memberships and cross selling other products and services company wide. Assists customers with their needs, complaints, questions, problems concerns and requests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Assembles Triptychs and dispenses maps and related information. Counsels members and offers suggestions for things to see and do, places to stay and eat along the route traveled by the member. Makes hotel and rental car reservations for members. Maintains general knowledge of all club services, benefits, and costs to provide better serve to clients.
What your background should be
- Candidate must be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a busy retail environment. Previous cash handling experience is a strong plus. Candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to change in routine when necessary.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school education
