What you'll be doing

Meet and/or exceed all contractual requirements as well as be in compliance with company metrics. Maintain basic to in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, procedures, and other important issues/topics through management communications, meetings, client focus groups, and formal training. Determine which paypal products/services will best meet the needs of the customers based on gathered information and understanding. Confirm customer understanding of the solution, sales process and provide additional customer education as needed. Overcome standard to complex objections and answer questions/inquiries. Communicate effectively to ensure high quality, satisfaction and timely expedition of customer requests. Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity. Provide answers and/or advice to customers based on their particular requirements and customer profile.

What your background should be

Minimum of two to three years relevant sales or selling experience. Account management skills including sales volume forecasting, planning, negotiation, innovation and problem solving skills to attain goal achievement. Strong business acumen or ability to demonstrate professionalism and prior experience in a professional business setting highly preferred. Sales skills including active listening, rapport building, conversational probing for needs. Understand and have the ability to meet quotas and deadlines. Prior experience with POS and/or salesforce.com is a plus. Strong customer service skills and abilities to adapt to customer situations including use of soft skills, express empathy, express willingness to help and take ownership. Ability to multitask (i.e. navigate numerous applications and decipher information while holding a detailed phone conversation). Organizational skills; time management; able to prioritize and plan. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Required Schooling / Training

High school or equivalent preferred
