Baler

What you'll be doing: Ensure that all scrap materials are collected, weighed and reported correctly and baled for repro as appropriate. Follow and support all company safety, GMP and HACCP policies. Weigh scrap and bail in the baler. Inspect the PE rider daily before use and change batteries as needed. Conduct an inventory of scrap at the end of each shift and complete inventory tickets.

What your background should be: 3 to 6 months experience working in manufacturing in a related field. Knowledge of and skill in operating baling equipment. Ability to drive a forklift and PE rider. Ability to read a scale. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, simple checklists, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate and present information one-on-one. Ability to learn basic computer skills as necessary.
