What you'll be doing

Complete step of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction. Understand and describe menu offering, packaging/presentation and pricing. Respond to guest need and request. Establish rapport with guest/member. Always exceed guest expectation. Adhere to location appearance guideline. Act with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammate and guest. Employ good safety and sanitation practice. Adhere to client company guideline as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook. Follow alcohol service policy. Thoroughly complete all station set up and breakdown responsibility. Communicate guest issue to management. Display a positive attitude toward teammate and manager. Help fellow team member whenever necessary. Always on time and ready to perform required duty.

What your background should be

Lifts and transports up to 40 lbs. Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area. Walks and stands during entire shift. Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains. Able to communicate effectively with manager, guest and teammate by speaking and comprehending English. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications to do so.
