What you'll be doing

This position is responsible for serving and preparing beverages for guests at the bar, all while maintaining essential hospitality standards of service. Essential functions are mix, serve, and garnish alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons or bar and dining room following standard recipes. Stock, inventory, and requisition all beverage items and supply in conjunction with F&B management team members. Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience through positive guest interaction. Take food orders at the bar, demonstrating proper menu knowledge, and ensure proper delivery of dishes to bar patrons. Handle a cash bank and adhere to company policies regarding money handling.

What your background should be

Two years of experience in a similar setting preferred. Previous customer service experience strongly preferred. Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with guests and coworkers. TIPS certification required.
