The Bartender / Casino Service will be required to mix and serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness to our bar in accordance with the established polices.
What your background should be
The basic requirements for the Bartender / Casino Service position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mixology certificate is a must have.
- From two years of previous experience in high volume bartending.
- Sanitation certification and T.I.P.S. certification highly desired.
- Basic Math skills + ability to balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Ability to move or / and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and comprehend all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate with the guests and satisfy their needs and requirements.
