What your background should be

The Full Time Bartender position requires you to: - Have efficient cocktail knowledge. - Have excellent awareness of all sorts of wine we serve. - Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Italian food as well as Italian wine knowledge. - Enjoy working in a multiservice and busy environment. - NYC experience is a plus.
