What you'll be doing
- The candidate will oversee leaves programs with heavy emphasis on multi-state and nationwide employment law knowledge. Enter benefits related data into computerized human resources information systems. Calculate amount of employees paycheck deductions for benefits, submits to payroll and resolves discrepancies. Verify deductions made on payroll each pay period. Answer and resolves phone inquiries. Review bills from plan providers to verify accuracy and resolves differences. Send enrollment information to plan administrators for short-term disability, life insurance and 401k plans. Produce reports of benefits enrollment, benefits deductions and plan participations. Process the status changes and open enrollment benefit plans transfers. Maintain employee benefit files and other record keeping.
What your background should be
- At least 3 years of experience is required
Required Schooling / Training
- High School Diploma
