What you'll be doing

Answer and respond to incoming call from employee and former employee with question about their benefit, payroll and possibly learning center. Provide information and resolve any issues pertaining to these call in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Perform, track and log all transaction performed related to human resources and benefit process. Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution, keep the customer informed on the status of research, close out case when complete. Notify technical analyst and team manager of potential or recurring problem regarding issues and provide mitigation suggestion. Understand, apply and communicate conceptual element of benefit and human resource rule, regulation and help other team member as requested.

What your background should be

A minimum of two to four years of call center experience. Essential experience include some experience with benefit, human resource or payroll. Proven ability to work independently in a team setting using established processes. Ability to handle multiple task and prioritize while working in fast paced call center environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skill required with an emphasis on customer service.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree preferred
