What you'll be doing

Uses in depth knowledge and understanding of all group, and voluntary offerings as well as the multi-life individual products (income protection and individual long term care), to provide complete on-site benefit enrollment services to eligible clients and/or family members. Versatile in delivery of needs based sales presentations to diverse employee groups as well as presenting in a face to face method. Collecting enrollment data on a laptop system for both new customers and re-enrolling customer support (including plan administrator connects, partnering with enrollment coordinator on scheduling). Conduct enrollments and benefit education overviews via webinar or other internet solution. May perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Must possess/maintain necessary insurance licensing (life and health), plus any special state licensing requirements for long term care (prior to officially being hired and attending new hire training). 5 years of enrollment experience preferred. Bi-Lingual ability (Spanish) prior insurance, financial services, human resources, sales, training, and/or teaching experience highly desirable. Must have the understanding of voluntary sales cycle, including challenges specific to the enroller function and diverse working condition.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma required. Undergraduate degree preferred.
