What you'll be doing
- The client company is currently searching for an experienced manager, billing operations, who will be responsible for directing consulting and managed service activities, as they relate to project set-up, service procurement, invoicing, and other project accounting transactions. This professional must be a team player and adaptable to a dynamic work environment. Maintain oversight of daily activities related to project accounting, coordination of project accounting involvement/consideration during contract negotiations and execution of monthly variance analysis. Review revenue recognition and proportional performance tracking and validation. Participation and contribution in continuous improvement activities and special projects and team leadership, output quality, HC decisions and performance management.
What your background should be
- Minimum 8 years of experience with revenue accounting, project and finance activities. Knowledge of accounting software and working knowledge with most Microsoft Office applications. Must be strong organizational and analytical skills required. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Required Schooling / Training
- Certified public accountant degree required.
