Previous blood donor collection and operations experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a diverse blood donor base. Must be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods, access a variety of equipment, lift 35lbs, frequent stooping and bending required. Must be able to respond to both audible and visual alarms.
Required Schooling / Training
High school diploma required. Prefer AA in biological sciences.
