What you'll be doing

In this position, the person will be responsible for supervising the financial performance for the branch, directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales. It is the responsibility of the Branch Manager to assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. The person will develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans. She/he will meet goals and metrics, and manage budget. Moreover, Branch Manager's duties include network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company, stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
