What you'll be doing

The Branch Manager will lead and supervise all sales/service activities as well as business development to attain desired results in deposit and customer relationship growth, retention, revenue, market share, and customer/employee satisfaction. The qualified applicant will continuously work to lead and coach the branch team to ensure the successful development and performance of all employees in the areas of customer experience, sales goals, and leadership. The Branch Manager is responsible for the retention and growth of the branch team and is ultimately expected for all Branch Operations ensuring regulatory compliance. In addition, this individual will ensure suitability of the branch environment for business, including appearance, staffing, and collateral.
