What you'll be doing
- A Branch Manager's. responsibilities involve supervising a branch with less than 10 full-time employees. This individual will provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, and new accounts. The incumbent will solve problems within established policies and guidelines. It is the duty of the Branch Manager to maintain accountability and security of all funds located within the branch. The person will maintain overall security of the branch. Also she/he will comply with Credit Union policies and procedures. The person will ensure the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the National Credit Union Association and other regulatory agencies.
What your background should be
- 2 years of supervisory experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
