What you'll be doing
- The primary responsibilities of this role involve marketing our Retail products across all lines, prospecting new brokers, maintaining strong relations with existing brokers and managing the day to day operation of the office. It is the task of the Branch Manager to develop strategies to maximize Retail submission and manage the execution of the strategies. The Branch Manager will be answerable for managing the day-to-day operation of the Retail operation for the territory. Moreover, the incumbent will make regular broker visits to promote Iron shore products with emphasis on alpha house brokers. She/he will develop profile intelligence for various Brokers in the distribution network. The Branch Manager will also sell new lines of business on existing company accounts.
What your background should be
- 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
