What you'll be doing
- In this position the incumbent has direct duty for the management of branch staff and assist daily branch operations. This individual will work closely with the Director of Branch Operations and the Assistant Branch Manager to attain desired financial results for the branch and to exceed or meet established branch goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Market President and the lending team by providing support and assistance with client sales calls, client requests, and client service. The Branch Manager will be expected for the selection of non-exempt branch staff and training programs in order to contribute to the commitment of the bank to hire, develop, motivate, and retain qualified personnel.
What your background should be
- 5 years of banking experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
