What you'll be doing
- Accountable for supervising the Branch Office in order to exceed the financial services needs and requirements of clients in the assigned community market area; helping the Bank Secrecy Act; accomplishing strategies to attain objectives developed for the office as part of the annual operating plan of the community banking division; ensuring the compliance of the office with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; directly handling assigned personnel; transmitting with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports. The Branch Manager will work with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office; provide input to these objectives and to the manner in which performance will be measured and controlled.
What your background should be
- 5 years of experience in related banking/sales management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
