What you'll be doing

The position holder will manage all functions staff, work to maximize branch revenues, sales client satisfaction, minimize operating losses. The Branch Manager is responsible for branch compliance with bank policies, procedures and operational integrity. She/he will be accountable for maintaining and developing relationships with existing small business clients, and creating and managing branch business plan. It is the task of the ideal candidate to conduct bi-annual and annual staff performance reviews and report to the Branch Regional Manager. Moreover the Branch Manager will manage budget, develop financial objectives and business plans, stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement.
