What you'll be doing
- The Business Analyst position will be responsible for timely assisting with the professional translation of business needs into the requirements regarding application software. The primary responsibilities of the Business Analyst role may involve, but are not limited to: - Conduct researches and document the business issues. - Process understanding of systems capability as well as business processes. - Test and document solutions. - Take parts in developing or / and modifying business design specifications, requirements, user training. - Comprehend and translate business requirements directly to the technical personnel in order to ensure that each of the requirements is accurately incorporated into the system design. - Serves as liaison between the technical staff and the software users.
What your background should be
- What do you need in order to succeed in the Business Analyst position: - Strong background in Billing and Enrollment. - Five years of relevant health care experience that include data analysis, work flow design, or / and systems automation and testing. - BS / BA degree desired. - Ability to solve problems as they pop up. - Ability to communicate with the Clients and Company Management Staff. - NASCO / WGS system skills. - Any education and experience background mix within the related industry. - High School Diploma or GED required.
