What you'll be doing

Own all operational metrics reporting for ADX, creating a comprehensive metrics deck each month to enable us to track company MOM/QOQ/YOY progress for key metrics. Coordinate with partners in finance on weekly/monthly/quarterly OPEX and revenue reports. Use projected sales data to develop a detailed resource plan, including recommendations for quantity and type of designers required. Provide regular updates on design cost per product/platform. Create and update benchmarks for roles and platforms. Create capacity model for ADX to enable creative directors to see potential resource shortfalls. Support the design team in analysis of historical data to identify trends and insights. Create dashboards and automated metrics reports. Perform ad-hoc data analysis requests.

What your background should be

4+ years of relevant financial/business analysis in a fast paced environment. Advanced Excel skills. Advanced analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills. Knowledge of SQL or ETL. Excellent written and verbal communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS de BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
