What you'll be doing

The business analysis consultant is directly responsible for delivering and working with technology and other AORs to help support and coordinate projects for the business. Manages workflow to ensure timely, quality setup and implementation. Ensures efficient utilization of resources to meet established goals. Maintains communications with other business teams to facilitate resolution and share information. Ability to relationship manage multiple external vendor relationships. Evaluates current processes and procedures and makes appropriate recommendations for process improvement and/or cost savings. Defines team objectives and contributes to departmental and company objectives. Assess team strengths and weaknesses in order to identify opportunity areas. Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Reviews evaluations of new applications and systems requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations as needed. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Solves a range of escalated issues; analyzes and creates solutions. Project manages business deliverables across various AORs. Leads change management across the business unit. Effectively works with agents and field leaders.

What your background should be

Must be able to translate process to IT and IT to process and light development skill set/aptitude. Strong influencing skills in an project management setting. Must be able to think strategically and see through technology dependencies. Strong communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Must be able to work in Excel, and PowerPoint comfortable presenting in front of peers and customers. Ability to prioritize work & resolve conflict. Professional presence (interfacing with business leadership and client leadership). 3+ years experience.

Required Schooling / Training

Undergraduate degree.
