What you'll be doing

Collaborate with internal user, staff member and information technology colleague to define detailed customer requirement and system interface while assess value in request. Translate requirement into functional design solution. Participate in peer review and inspection of requirement document and review of work product derive from requirement specification to ensure that is interpret correctly. Develop detail system test plan, execute system test case and provide issue tracking and consolidation. Manage a coordinate user acceptance test (UAT) effort. Identify and validate business objective and generate solution that align with client companies technology strategy and standard. Perform business analysis and document business requirement use easy to understand tool and methodology. Perform analysis, conceptual design and implementation of modification to purchase application or custom program to enhance value to business. Apply business and systems knowledge throughout process. Provide expertise to team member and mentor junior team member, 2nd level production support.

What your background should be

3 years experience in application analysis, design, systems implementation and package integration with business analysis. Oracle training preferred. Experience working the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization. Experience with business process mapping and re engineering. Strong analytical ability to solve complex business/technical problems. Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with internal/external customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to details. Must be able to take a lead role to analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. Must demonstrate ability to provide guidance to junior staff. Demonstrable proficiency in simultaneously managing multiple priorities and assignments. Demonstrates proficiency to maintain expert knowledge about the system through participation in vendor classes, vendor client conferences and working with vendor support.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in a business discipline, computer science, similar field or two years technical degree.
