What you'll be doing
- The Business Development Associate will be accountable for working directly with the President of organization, our Media Partnership Manager and the show team and related properties into the largest commercial drone conference and exposition in North America and then the world. The person will determine trending ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; discerning who the industry movers and shakers are and developing relationships with them. The incumbent will sell sponsorships in the News e-newsletter and other drone market properties as they are created. In addition, the position holder will close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and effectively communicating contract requirements with our operations teams.
What your background should be
- 2-3 years of sales experience
Required Schooling / Training
- 4 year degree
Who is the client company
- Produces technical conferences and expositions, and publishes a magazine, newsletters and websites in the software development, SharePoint, mobile development and Big Data markets.
