What you'll be doing

Initiate sales and marketing activity, including phone call, email, online posting and face-to-face meeting, designed to identify and engage prospective new customer. Arrange meeting with client in order to discuss buyer property desire; then assemble list that meet those need. Present purchase offers to sellers. Create official document such as representation contract, purchase agreement, closing statement, deed, and lease. Use multiple advertising channel, open house, and networking to aid in the selling of properties. Help client with differentiating between mortgage alternative to find the best rate and term.

What your background should be

Must have a good grasp of percentage, finance, and other simple math concept. Admin and clerical skill needed to manage file and record; must have good computer skill. Must have sale and marketing skill. Must possess good communication skill, be able to multi task, and be a self-starter. Customer service skills that will provide an excellent buying experience.
